Tecniwell offers a wide selection of Mixing Units with volumetric flow rates ranging from 5 to 120 m³/h. Depending on customer requirements, the Mixing Units can be supplied mounted on open skids or containerized, and equipped with manual or fully automatic controls.

The containers are built with a special structure designed to withstand the load applied when stacking Tecniwell silos (RINA Certification up to 90 tons). The water tank is built into the container roof and provided with a fast-filling function for the primary mixer. The control panel is located in a separate compartment, as well as the compressor and the electrical connections, mounted in isolated housings.

The Mixing Units’ automatic operation is provided by an electro-pneumatic system based on load cells and a PLC that controls ingredient dosing, mixing time and slurry transfer to the holding agitator tank. The data referring to grout production and to the individual ingredients can be recorded on USB flash drives.

These systems consist of a combination of Mixing Units and Grout Pumps.
